Good first year. The price is ridiculous and Robbery how the price went up for the next year with an additional year no claims bonus ! Wouldn’t recommend to a friend based on the figures going up when they should have went down !

Great service only place that would take my daughter under myself driving so I'm very grateful for that good prices also

May 11, 2021I found other insurance companies absurdly expensive and after being on hold for 20 minutes. XS Direct answered their phone immediately by a human and the lovely girl was friendly and very efficient.

Jul 4, 2021STAY AWAY . SCAM.
Paid insurance for almost two years , had my car stolen in January never paid out or no intention to proceed with claim , they just taking their time with replaying or keep asking for more and more paperwork -details until they finde something that you can’t provide to them and they will try say they can’t make decisions without this or they keep looking for something to cancel your claim-insurance.
They will take their time with everything to make sure another month of payment go out to them. $$$$
Unlucky i had been played like this few months, and I was paying to them with hope they will resolve my problem.
Unfortunately after months of waiting I decide to cancel my direct debit after finding reviews about XS DIRECT CAR INSURANCE it’s same company and you believe or not they got debit collection ppl on me for not paying for insurance(I don’t need insurance if I don’t have car . simple why I have to pay them for something that doesn’t work I lost my car as been stolen and also I been robbed by Xs direct paying them for insurance that doesn’t work😡
I told them I’ll not pay single penny untill my claim is completed or they pay out🤯🤬
This company is joke pls stay away .
